2 to 3 chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. salsa
1 can corn
1 can black beans (drained)
Optional: sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa, avocados, refried beans
Place
all ingredients in the crockpot for 3-4 hours on high or 5-7 on low.
Just before serving, shred chicken and return to pot. This can be served as a soup, with scones, or with tortillas
If you're serving with scones or tortillas, only use half can chicken broth so it isn't too runny
